Job Summary

The IT Support Executive is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for all employees. The IT Support Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and functionality of the company’s IT infrastructure. And responsible to manage and maintain AV Systems, large LED wall screens, meeting room IT systems, CCTV systems etc.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to end-user support requests.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Manage AV systems, LED walls, and screens.
  • Maintain CCTV performance. Monitor door access, parking gate control, and biometric systems.
  • Support operating systems, software applications, and network-related issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor computer systems and networks.
  • Assist with new hardware and software setup.
  • Provide end-user training.
  • Develop user manuals.
  • Document and track support requests.
  • Escalate complex issues.
  • Follow up on unresolved problems.
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting.
  • Monitor security incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory.
