WHAT THIS SERVICE IS
A plain explanation of the work.
Commercial CCTV installation is the planning, fitting and configuration of cameras, recording and authorised viewing for a workplace. It starts with the views you need — entrance, stock, cash desk, car park — and the number of days you must keep recordings, not with a camera count on a flyer. Storage, lighting at night, and who is allowed to watch playback are design inputs.
UAE premises may need landlord approval, particular mounting rules, and care about where cameras point. Neighbouring windows, changing rooms and anything that would be an unreasonable intrusion are out. We will say no to a view rather than install it quietly.
Hikvision and other supported models are chosen against the view and the recording requirement. This page is the camera system. Door readers and attendance are the access-control page, even when the brands sit in the same family.

Site assessment
Walk the premises, note lighting, mounting surfaces, network availability and the areas that matter. A sketch with camera purposes beats a catalogue page.

Camera and recording design
Match lenses and placement to the view, and size recording to the retention you asked for. Audio is only included if you request it and it is appropriate. Night views need a honest note about lighting.

Installation and configuration
Fit the agreed cameras, connect recording, set time, users and network isolation from the office Wi-Fi where we recommend it. Remote viewing is configured only for named people, on accounts you control.

Handover of playback
Show how to search a time, export a clip, and change a password. You receive a camera list and a simple coverage sketch. Training a whole staff rota is extra if you need a workshop.

AFTER HANDOVER
What you should hold when the work is done.
The system is yours, including cloud or vendor accounts created for it. Default passwords are changed. A person in your business must know how to export a clip; otherwise the recorder is only decoration.
Disks fill. Retention you chose will overwrite older footage. If you later need more days, that is extra storage, quoted, not a silent change of physics.
PRACTICAL NOTES
Details that usually affect the proposal.
Network design matters as much as the lens. Camera streams on the same Wi-Fi as guests are a common reason recordings drop. Where we can, camera traffic sits on its own path. If the office network cannot offer that yet, we will say so and point at the network page rather than overlaying hope on a domestic router.
After handover, someone in your business must know how to export a clip and how to add a viewer. If that person leaves, the recorder often becomes a locked box. Put the admin account in a password manager the company owns. We can show a second person during the same visit if they are on site.
PLANNING THE WORK
Questions worth asking.
Can we view cameras on a phone?
If the proposal includes remote viewing, yes, for named accounts. Public links and a shared family app login are a poor idea on a workplace system.
Do you watch the cameras for us?
Not unless a separate monitoring contract exists. This page is installation and handover.
Will recorded video be evidence?
We can help you export a clip. Whether it is accepted in a particular proceeding is a legal question, not a camera setting we can promise.
