WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Website redesign
in Dubai & the UAE.

Refresh the parts of your website that no longer support your business. Begin with what works, what gets in the way and which existing pages need to be preserved.

WHAT THIS SERVICE IS

A plain explanation of the work.

A website redesign is a controlled change to a site that already exists. The point is to keep what still works — URLs that rank, content people use, a form that converts — and to replace the parts that hide the business or break on a phone. Redesign is not a ritual restyle every year, and it is not a new domain for its own sake.

Work begins with evidence you have: analytics if they exist, Search Console if you can grant access, a list of pages that sales still send, and a list of embarrassments. Without that, we still inspect the site, but we will be honest that we are working from structure and content quality rather than from numbers you never recorded.

URL mapping is part of the job. Changing every address because a new theme likes slashes a different way is how you lose the little search visibility you had. Redirects are planned before launch, not as an apology afterwards.

A CLEAR PICTURE

A labelled diagram, not a decoration.

Before and after a clearer page structure Outdated offers, overlapping pages, and URLs that only exist because a plugin created them. The contact form still emails a person who left. Kept addresses are listed, retired addresses redirect, and the pages that remain match the business you run now. BEFORE AFTER

An inherited maze. Outdated offers, overlapping pages, and URLs that only exist because a plugin created them. The contact form still emails a person who left.

A mapped site. Kept addresses are listed, retired addresses redirect, and the pages that remain match the business you run now.

WHO IT IS FOR

The situations this page is written for.

Businesses whose site still describes an old offer, teams after a merger of trading names, and owners who cannot edit the current CMS. It is also for sites that technically work but make enquiry harder than a WhatsApp link in an email signature.

  • Companies that must keep specific service URLs.
  • Editors trapped in a page builder nobody understands.
  • Brands with new photography and a site that cannot show it.
  • Owners who want a staged launch rather than a surprise cutover.

TYPICAL SCOPE

What a proposal usually names.

01

Current-site review

Crawl the important pages, note speed and broken journeys, and list content to keep, merge or retire. Legal pages and licence numbers are flagged so they are not dropped.

02

Content and design

A new structure and templates where needed, using real pages rather than lorem. Tone stays yours; we will not write a personality you did not ask for.

03

URL planning

A map of retained, changed and retired addresses. Redirects are a deliverable. New parameters and tracking experiments are not an excuse to duplicate every page.

04

Relaunch checks

Forms, metadata, certificates, WhatsApp links, and a sample of search URLs. Analytics continue under a property you own. A rollback is described if the old host can still serve for a short time.

HOW THE WORK RUNS

The sequence we follow once the brief is clear.

How the work runs
  1. Inventory the live site

Pages, forms, integrations and the CMS you actually have.

  2. Decide keep, change, drop

With someone who knows the offers, not only the homepage.

  3. Rebuild on a staging URL

So the live site stays up until you switch.

  4. Switch with redirects

Then watch the named journeys for a short agreed window.

INCLUDED AND QUOTED SEPARATELY

Labour versus things that sit on their own line.

Included in a typical proposal

  • Review of the current site as reachable to us.
  • Redesign and rebuild labour in the proposal.
  • Redirect map for the URLs listed.

Quoted separately

  • New photography and a full brand programme.
  • Content rewriting beyond an agreed set of pages.
  • Recovering a host you have lost access to (see recovery).
  • Advertising to replace lost traffic.

AFTER HANDOVER

What you should hold when the work is done.

Old admin accounts that are no longer needed are removed. The redirect list is yours to keep. If Search Console is connected, you should be the owner. A redesign does not include a ranking promise.

Tell staff the new URLs. Printed QR codes to old PDFs are a common miss. We can include a short list of those if you supply the files.

PLANNING THE WORK

Questions worth asking.

Will we keep our Google ranking?

We plan redirects and avoid needless URL changes. Rankings still move for reasons nobody on a project can control. No outcome figures are offered.

Can we redesign in stages?

Yes, if the CMS allows it. Some old builders cannot. Staging then a single cutover is more common.

What if we hate the first visual direction?

Revision rounds are in the proposal. A second independent direction is extra if you have used the rounds on details.
