Most UAE businesses need Home, About, one page per main service, Contact, and usually FAQ plus an areas-served page — about 6 to 10 pages. Extra pages only help when they answer a real buyer question or a search like “dentist in JLT.” A bloated 40-page brochure rarely converts better than a tight, fast site.
Operators ask for “lots of pages” as if volume were professionalism. Empty pages dilute SEO and confuse visitors. ITZ sketches the set before colour. That is web design as structure. The wireframe version is sitemap before design.
The core set
- Home — who you are, who you help, one proof, WhatsApp. See the five-second test.
- About — licence, people, why you exist. Not vision/mission as separate URLs.
- Services — one URL per offer people search for, not a PDF dump.
- Contact — map, NAP, WhatsApp, call, short form.
- FAQ — the objections you already answer on the phone.
Pages that quietly print money
Area pages when you truly serve that place. A landing page when ads are running. A project or menu page when that is the product. Reviews that match Google. Each of those has a job. If you cannot name the job, skip the URL.
What you can skip (for now)
Careers unless you are hiring. A generic Gallery with no captions. Five overlapping “Who we are” pages. A blog you will never update. Add them when there is a job to do. AI-search and SEO still prefer useful pages over volume. See SEO services.
Frequently asked questions
How many pages does a small business site need?
Usually 6–10: Home, About, a few services, Contact, FAQ. More only when each extra URL answers a real search or a real objection.
Do I need a page per service?
If people search that service plus your city, yes. If two “services” are the same job with different adjectives, keep one strong page.
