Every year ITZ finds a site still wishing people Ramadan Kareem in July, or a National Day sticker stretched over the logo in December. Seasonal web work in the UAE is mostly calendar hygiene: hours, offers, and a banner with an end date. It is not a new brand every month.

Ramadan: hours first, decoration second

People need to know if you are open after iftar, whether the clinic is on reduced hours, and if the kitchen is serving a set menu. Put that in a single, readable strip. Update Google the same day — with the hours the shop actually keeps, not a guess. A lantern animation that hides the WhatsApp button is not hospitality. Copy: short, respectful, specific. “Iftar seating 6:30–8:30, last order 8:15” beats a paragraph about the spirit of the month that says nothing about tables. Restaurants should treat this as a menu change, not a rebrand.

National Day and other public holidays

A modest, dated banner. Do not stretch a flag over the logo. Do not leave it up into December. If you close, say so on the first screen and on Google the same morning.

DSF, White Friday, back-to-school

Offers need dates, stock honesty, and a landing page if ads are running. The homepage can mention the sale; it should not become a poster that hides the business. Landing pages.

Build it so you can take it down

A CMS block with a start and end beats a developer ticket every April. If marketing cannot unpublish, you will still be wishing people Ramadan in July. That is a WordPress job as much as a design one.
